- Enforcement of the moratorium on acceptance of candidates for Civil Servants
( CPNS ) will be made by the Government for 5 years . " The policy will go into
effect in early 2015 " . Said Minister of State for Administrative Reform
( PAN ) yuddy Chrisnandy.
However , continued yuddy , the CPNS
moratorium could be shortened if the condition of the country improved . For
example , if the prior five years the level of public confidence in the state

then the government may terminate the moratorium .

Yuddy explained , the CPNS acceptance
